Legal Assistance (Holding your hand!)

In addition to acting for you within your proceedings, we can offer legal assistance at the very reasonable rate of £100.00 per hour plus VAT. Our fees would be based upon the amount of time we spend with you on your case and this could be as little or as much as you choose.

Under this arrangement, you would handle your own paperwork and Court hearings (unless agreed otherwise), with us in the background, checking through the paperwork and providing advice on it and on any issues occurring. This leaves you in total control of how much cost you incur but at the same time able to proceed with confidence.
